The lovely Pita at Agence eureka directs us to galleries of covers of French film periodicals, including Ciné-mondial, Positif, and Cinéma, hundreds of great images from the ‘40s on.
Something about the graphics on those old French cine-mags always gets to me; dunno what it is. Cheap (in the best sense of that word) yet never cheesy-looking.
