Well... it might be Marina Yaru. Apparently Fellini had so much trouble casting this role, auditioning more than 600 girls -- as did Mario Bava, while trying to cast the role of the germinal form of this character in his KILL, BABY... KILL! [Operazione paura, 1966] -- that he ended up casting two different women in the role. One, a ballerina, for long shots and the other for closeups. (Bava solved his problem by casting a little boy and dressing him in drag.)

The young lady in this still is the ballerina seen in the long shots. The slightly older woman whose face is seen in close-up in the film has a more feral appearance. Unfortunately, we only have the name of one of these players, and I am not 100% certain of which one Ms. Yaru is or was.
