Spring takes its toll

Thanks to a thought-provoking prod from Dennis Cozzalio at Sergio Leone and the Infield Fly Rule, we think that it’s time this soft, blond, enduring beauty was given her due. She’s worked with Hawks, Fuller, Siegel, Penn, De Palma, and Vadim (to name just a few), in a career spanning several decades.

If only China Gate was available on DVD. At least I can cherish my memory of seeing a wide screen print at UC Berkeley.
This is a cool idea, and I totally know a topic I'd like to do for it!
This should be a very interesting 'thon! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
Yeah, this should definitely have a different tone than any of the other Blog-a-Thons to date. It is going to be fascinating to see what everyone comes up with. I'll make an announcement as an update to the Angie post already on my site. Wouldn't it be great if David Thomson posted an entry?! :)
I sent DT an e-mail alert!
When is the Ferrara-a-thon?
I believe Ferrara is this Wednesday, the 22nd.
I thought Ferrera was for the 27th based on a search of previous postings.
By the way, the first time I saw Big Bad Mama was at what was suppose to be the biggest screen in NYC. I think the theater was called The National.
Oops! 27th it is...
You can count me in, that'll makes a french contributor. I'm mad about feathers and hers legs.
Vincent from Inisfree
Excellent, Vincent!
Does one submit a link to their Blog-a-thon contributions here?
There's one on my blog as of now.
Hopefully I'll have more lead time on the next Blog-a-thon planned.
New to blogs so forgive me.. When I was a youngster about 12 and it came time to watch Police Woman. If I was home alone I would leave the apt. door open and blast! the morton stevens theme. That's how enchanted I was with Angie. Today at 44 (her age then) I still carry that torch.
Angie was the bomb!
