Flickhead said...: Filmbo, Violette may be a little slow-going for some tastes, but Comedy of Power is in keeping with Chabrol's better recent work.

Newbies, however, may find the following slightly more rewarding and infinitely more accessible: Les Bonnes Femmes; A Double Tour; Les Biches; Le boucher; and, one of his finest, La Cérémonie.; 1:06 PM EST

I did not get to see this during Cinematheque Ontario's Huppert tribute because there was trouble getting a good enough print to arrive. It has been frustratingly hard to see for years.
